HELP Stuck Brake Caliper?? 700 1991

I am changing my Front brakes. And I noticed that one pad did not have any wear.
So I am trying to loosen up the caliper (because the piston is working OK!) Its the two guide rods that seized up. Any ides on how to loosen them up!
