pOPPING NOISE IN FRONT SUSPENSION 900 1993

Last year I did a 100% rebuild on the front of the 944 to eliminate a popping in the suspension when turning or braking. The noise did not go away after new ball joints, tie rod ends, bushings, sway bar links and bushings, strut inserts, and strut bearings. Now that I am driving it again, the noise is causing some concern. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Thanks,
