What are the consequences of an overfilled tranny and how do I rectify 900

Hi all,
I recently changed out my radiator and wanted to make sure that my tranny fluid level was good since I lost a little fluid when I did the change. When I checked the dipstick it was really overfilled. I did a tranny fluid service about a year ago and never checked the level after they did the flush (not smart I know). So, it looks like when I did that service they overfilled. I don't have an oil leak, but I was wondering what sort of damage does a tranny fluid overfill do, and how can I fix the fluid level (hopefully without having to buy an $80 oil evacuator).

Many thanks,

Laura
