strange noise from turbo? 900 1993

I have a 1993 945T with 95K. Recently it has begun making a new noise. After accelerating hard, when I let off of the gas pedal, it makes a noise that sounds a bit like a loud exhale. Somewhat of a metallic hissing sound, which seems to be comming from the engine. I am using synthetic oil, and switched by changing twice in the last 4000 miles. The oil looks somewhat brown, but otherwise OK. I have noticed that the oil pressure light stays on for about 2 seconds after the car starts.
