OEM Spark Plug wires only option? 900 1993

After finding the 93 944 had the original sparkplug wires and sparkplugs last week, I tried to find a new set of wires for the Rex/Regina system (distributor on the side). I first went to Autozone and bought the set listed for the car for $45.00 US which were too short (Turbo application); then drove about ten miles to another store that had the correct set listed, same deal. I went to Advance Auto to no avail, then Pep Boys odered a set of Beck Arnley(?) for $60.00US which came in three days later and were too short. I called the local Volvo dealer and they had the correct set in stock for $70.00US. $70.00!!! for 4 wires and no coil wire and to top it off they were made in France!

Believe me, there is nothing special about these wires that cannot be duplicated with a length of Belden cable and a couple of ends, which is what I will do for the other cars.
