PS Pulley still out of alignment 200 1990

I know I ask this every few months but what other reason could there be for my PS pulley to lean toward the radiator? I have replaced the busings with IPD's polyurethane ones. Please help, I am tired of the noise.

1990 240- 270K- Original Owner-M-47, VX cam, bilstiens, turbo exh, euro lamps,- still slow but handles well- Near Houston- also 2004 XC90 T5 AWD
