Ads blocking 1/3 of 700/900 FAQ?

Is it just me, or are the "Ads by Goooooogle" blocking 1/3 of the 700/900 FAQ (the first couple pages)? My screen size is normally 600x800 but even when I changed to 1024 x 768 it was still blocking a good portion of the screen. And when I say "blocking", I mean that the ads are on top of the text such that the pictures and the text / pictures cannot be seen or read.

Is there a way to turn them off? Don't get me wrong, ads are good for the site, but the FAQ should be viewable.
