I picked up a set of IPDUSA swaybars at the local pick-n-pull. I have no problem installing them, but have a couple of questions. Does the car need to be loaded (on the ground or on ramps)to torque down the bolts? Also, is there a recommended torq spec. Since I picked these up used, there are no instructions. Thanks
