Bendy Bertone orphan 700 1988

Redwood Chair had his turn and now it looks like mine to pick up a tweaked 780 in SF Bay Area.

'88 780 B280F AW71. Runs, stops & drives; dark blue ext, tan int. Diver's headlight & marker goners, partial damage to grill surround & bumper scrape. Pass seat doesn't do the electric dance it ought to. All-in-all doesn't look too bad.

What it hides: a bent passenger's side shock tower, car pulls to the left. Drove up a high curb.

The price he's asking is worth it in wheels to me; but it's blue, a 2dr, and therefore I feel a certain responsibility to give it a shot a running again.

So. what would it take to fix this.

I understand the rarity aspect, and for that reason would like to give it a shot. No tears though, this would be a radical departure for a fellow such as myself -stricktly pre-smog OHV RWD- and I'm not at all bothered by it's certain demise should I pass. That is, of course, until I get my hands on it and fall in love.

if it bodes well, you'll be seeing more of me in this neck of the woods.

Thanks in advance,
-Sean
