Cruse speed slipping down slowly ?? 900

My Cruse control allows the car speed (940T) to slip slowly down. Is there a vacume issue? How many vac lines? I'm thinking just 1 from the vac source and one from the cruse control unit to whatever keeps the speed at the setting desired.

Last time this happened I resoldered bulb failure sensor and got an improvement which surprised me but it worked. But now I'm back to the slipping speeds and wonder if there are any suggestions our there??
