Again- I'm dropping a B20 into the 122, but as I'm keeping the A/C system, there are a few parts that I'm swapping from my old engine to the new...
One of these is the main pulley (or so I thought), as it sports an extra pulley groove for the extra belt (A/C).
Well, today I finally got all the grime off of my old pulley and you can imagine my surprise to find it cracked!
the crack goes clear from one side:

all the way to the other:

The idea of forcing it back into place and having it welded crossed my mind, but I don't think it's worth risking the added imbalance to the new engine. Plus there must be one out there somewhere not being used...
Any chance one of you Brickboarders has a 2-groove A/C-accommodating main pulley sitting in your pile-O-parts?
Also, as an aside-
before pulling the pulley I had assumed that the key would be aligned to TDC. Does anyone know why it's not? I suppose this must be related to the machining process (/fixturing) of the crankshaft...

a pre-emptive thanks...
