Home Security with your keyless entry

Wife.sig got this from her women's networking group and it seems very practical to me.

First - get new batteries for your spare remote entry fob.

Test to see if the car will respond with the fob in the bedroom (or whever you usually sleep) and the car is where it is usually parked overnight.

Now - when the bad guys are breaking in, push and hold the lock or panic button, the car will "erupt" in the driveway.

The will at least slow the bad guys, maybe scare them away to find an easier mark.

I like the car alarm idea, but I ma having a minor problem finding new batteries.

Good Luck,

Bob

:>

PS: In this state, if you shoot a bad guy in your house no charges result, just be sure the body is inside the house when the cops arrive. Remember that it is better to be tried by twelve than carried by six. If you own a 9mm rehab kit, be certain you know its proper care and usage. Practice proper gun control.
