stumped on starting issues 200 1984

car had the harness rot. put in new harness, now no spark or fuel, fuel pumps do not come on when key is turned but can be jumpered on have checked the 25amp blade fuse and all others. pump relay clicks but pumps do not come on i am leaning towards the hall switch. what about the main relay can't seem to find much info about it. i get power at the blue wire on the ecu but not the dist.
also suspect problems with the ignition switch. any ideas?thanks
