Question Regarding Removing Rear Bench Seat-Back-87/245 200 1987

The plastic release latch has failed.
The release wires inside would not release the latch on the drivers side,
allowing the bench seat back portion to be folded.
No amount of prying would break the latches grip.
Out came the sawsall.
It folds now,but I need to remove it to R & R it or replace it with a JY find.
On a 145 it pivots on a rod,and the passenger side bracket has a notch
to facilitate installation and removal.
What is the set up on a 245?
