if there are small but visible cracks in my strut mount rubber, are they surely bad? 200 1992

if so, whats a good source? are the SKFs from FCP decent? i've read a lot of stories of folks having to swap them out in short order.

what shocks are recommended if i am looking for good quality OEM performance?
