Manual transmission fluid - is ATF grade h (Dextron III) acceptable? 200

1990 244 DL M47

So I drained the transmission, and filled it, while missing the little 'grade f' requirement. I did note that Dexron II was not acceptable, and I had Dextron III, which is a grade h application.

While I managed to finally find some grade f, the Bentley was printed several years ago. Just on the off chance that I don't have to drain the transmission again, has grade h become acceptable?

Thanks for any input!

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can get Junior on the road!
