Front End saga, 2007 S90-V90

Finally replaced the Scantech A arms (with Volvo). They were shot already, with the bushing on the left side almost completely torn apart. The right side was less damaged, but still compromised.

Most noise now gone. I can still get an occasional thud, sounds like the coil spring moving. The shocks and shock bearings are new, so I am a bit surprised this is happening.

Thoughts??
