Headlight Upgrade 200 1980

I just finished putting in the relays and wiring for my light upgrade. I'd post a picture but I have never been able to upload a picture so you'll have to use your imagination. I clipped that little black box that is always hot from another 240 at the junk yard and used that #8 wire to attach it directly to the alternator. The black box was screwed in under the radiator fluid reservoir. I screwed a used bracket Just above that to attach the relays to and ran alternator power from the black box through fused wire to the relay. The switch wires came from the bundle that runs down the behind the washer fluid reservoir. It all looks pretty good and works great. Origionally I had 11.5 volts at the lights. I now have 13.5 volts. Truly amazing difference in brightness. I bought the package from Daniel Stern and everything was there to make this work. Funny thing is that the bulb out light does not come on. I'm guessing that the amperage to switch the relay is so small that it cannot detect the difference between the sides. If I can get the pictures uploaded I'll post them.
