Seatbelt receiver rebuild? 700 1991

The plastic spring-loaded buttons on both front seatbelt receivers (female ends on inboard side of front seats) are broken. Seatbelts are still functional, but a little tricky to engage. I'd like to get them back to original condition/functionality. Anyone know if these are rebuildable/replacement parts available, or is only option to replace the entire unit?
