For a long time I have had the feeling that Idle with my B230F was not totally perfect – however the engine ran with so little hesitation that my wife did not notice.

However, now the situation has changed. In the morning (temperature at freezing point) I have no problems but in the afternoon (temperature around 10 degrees Celsius) the engine has hesitates when idling. The engine throughs the following codes “1-1-3”, “1-3-3”, “2-3-2” and the engine light comes on.

I have just changed oil and I have just realised that I have poured too much oil into the motor (I have poured 4 litres in and normally I only pour around 3,5 litres into the motor) – can this be the cause of the problem ?

Does anyone have an idea about what could be wrong?

I have checked the TPS – and I hear the “click” when I turn it. Despite Haynes instructions I cannot figure out how to measure the continuity at the terminals of the TPS. I connect one end of an Ohmmeter to the chassis and try to measure with the other end however I cannot measure anything.

BTW I wound the terminals of the TPS to be quite oily.
