will a new AMM boost mileage? 200

hi all,

i've been considering a new AMM for about 6 months now and am wondering if replacing it with a new one will provide a bit of a mileage boost.

i currently am only gettting about 250 miles per tank which works out to be about 20 mpg i believe.

the car - a 90 240, has always had a bit of a rough idle and an occasional hardstart, and i'm thinking maybe a new AMM might actually alleviate both and i'd feel better knowing that shelling out $350 might actually pay me back in some gas savings over time.

any thoughts?

p.s. i've done the fuel pressure regulator and have a new 02 sensor
