Weird Noise from Front Right Wheel Well 700 1987

When I am driving and turn the sterring wheel to the left slightly or alot I am getting a weird noise around the front right tire or engine well area. It does it at all speeds and only when the steering is turned to the left. To the right or straight I hear nothing. Sometimes it does this the whole time Im driving and sometimes it goes away and doesnt do it for a few trips - I cannot figure out what it is and since it only happens when moving I cant locate the problem - any ideas?
