I have a 1989 245DL, the timing belt broke last week, after going back and forth with the mechanic over interference vs noninterference engines. I got him to attempt to put a belt on it. Come to find out the cam is frozen, it will not turn no matter what you do. Any thoughts on this? Is a new head needed?
