Head machining: Did I get taken?

Local Volvo specialist recommended a machine shop to test and flatten the head on my 1987 245 that had overheated. His bill was:

Cleaning: $17
Pressure test: $45
Vacuum Test: $10
Machine head: $50
Total: $122.

Is this reasonable? He certainly was very knowledgeable and mostly does blueprinting work. I have two other motors that need machining work but want to be sure I'm getting a fair deal before giving him more business.

Thanks.
