I need to drill holes to fit side skirts. I would like to know if there are any wires, lines or hoses in the panel which sits just under the door sills on a 92 745 that run from the front of the front wheel well to the back wheel well?

It is the panel which has a lip at the top and then decends at about a 45 degree angle for about 4 inches then flattens out parallel to the ground.
