Vapor Barrier 200 1983

The first thing I looked at on my recently acquired project is the driver's door. It would not open at all from the outside and took a great deal of effort from the inside. It is much better now; opens and closes like new.

But, the previous owner removed the vapor barrier. It isn't in my stack of stuff. I reckon I can use just about any plastic sheet of suitable mil. Probably drop cloth?

I also need to know what the black sticky stuff is called so I can ask for it at NAPA. Whatever it is, it never hardens; it remains tacky forever.

Oh, and while I'm here, three of the plastic 1/4 turn screws that hold the bottom of the door pockets are missing. What is the PN & will the local dealer be able to get them in for a reasonable price? Or, is it time to visit Pick-a-Part? ;-)
