where do this hose go to (760 turbo 1986) 700

Hello,

Can anyone tell me please where do this hose go? Again, I am joining a pic with the respective hose circled in red and the part where it comes from shown with a red arrow. There seems to be 2 nipples below that part. One from which this hose comes from and another one to which nothing is connected. Should that last nipple be free or am I missing another hose? I also don't know where the hose goes to.
