Car won't start 700

Finally the replacement of the turbo on the 1986 760 Turbo is done (upgrade to a water cooled turbo).

I never saw the car run and am trying to make it start right now. There are two
problems.

First one, there is no gas coming out of the injectors but I know there is gas on the fuel rail. I also hear the pump running. What can I check? I looked in repair manual and the only thing I could find is that the resistance on the injectors should be 16 ohms. I took the connectors off and measured the resistance across both terminals for 3 injectors on 4 and they all seem to be 2.6-2.8 ohms. It's not 16 but I find it weird that all of them are within the same range. Is this value correct? What else can I look for?

Second problem. Starter is new from what the PO told me and it looks to be new.
When I turn the key to activate the starter it turns the engine over without the engine starting. If I turn the key back one notch and leave it at ACCESSORIES ON, the starter still turns. I have to turn the key back at OFF so the starter stops (takes a second though). I checked the small wire thhat goes on the starter and it seems to function properly, meaning that there's voltage going through when the key activates the starter and there;s no more voltage when the key is at ACCESSORIES ON. Does anyone have an idea about where that problem might come from?

The engine did start once for a second and then quit

Thank you in advance
