Advice on buying a vintage 242? 200 1979

Hi...I have an opportunity to buy a 1979 242 2 door with 71,000 miles.
It has absolutely no rust and was a one owner car until about 60,000 miles.
It is a 3 speed automatic.

Here are issues I've identified:
1) Noise from fuel pump and/or accumulator
2) Broken right front strut
3) (Cabin) heater valve missing or bypassed
4) Sluggish(?) shifting out of first when cold and until car is driven about 1/4 mile, then shifts quite normally

Other than this, I wonder what else I might look for? The car includes a new battery and alternator, tires with better than half their life remaining, no rips tears or abuse in interior, after-market Blaupunkt CD/MP3/stereo, about $450 recent work on A/C. There is no apparent problem with heater fan. All glass and rubber is very good to excellent (car was garaged most of its life). Two minor cracks in dash (UV damage despite garage).
Asking price is $1400.
Opinions greatly appreciated!
