I'm considering towing my '67 Duett to Carlisle this year (~250 miles). I plan to put the usual (Hidden Hitch) Class II, I think, trailer hitch onto my '96 960 and then rent a car trailer. I think the Duett probably weighs ~2000lbs. Have no idea what the trailer would weigh. I've towed many a boat but the only time I towed a car was behind a much heavier truck.

Any experience, comments, suggestions?
