Continuing radiator woes 9xx 900

Purchased a replacement radiator from europeanautomotive.com for my 960. The trans cooling lines wouldn't mate up because the size of the fitting on the replacement radiator was too small. After going back and forth with them with no solution, I realized that this radiator looks like it will fit my 940, which is about due for replacement anyway based on the ten year expected life cycle.

So rather than go through the hassle of returning the radiator, I just elected to purchase another radiator from Import Parts Specialist. After removing the radiator from the 960 for the second time, I realized that the fittings on this replacement radiator also are too small and, in fact, match the fittings on the first replacement radiator.

So, my question is, are both these suppliers sending me the correct radiator for my 960, and I just have an odd size for some reason? Nothing on the trans cooling lines would suggest that there have been any modifications. It looks factory stock to me.

I guess my real question is whether the 960 and 940 radiator trans cooling lines have the same or different thread sizes.
