IPD sway bars again 120-130

i'm looking to install a set of mr. parker's progressive springs and was wondering about installing an IPD front bar only per the recent dicussion. IPD sells two different bars, a 1" and a 1.5". the europeans seem to prefer the 1" with no rear bar, IPD had no feedback about the 1" due to mostly europeans using that setup.
so my question is which bar should i go with if i only use the front, along with a set of progressive springs?
