Did I break my rear girling brake caliper? 200

So, I've been replacing brake pads the last days. The front went pretty well. Today I started on the rear, thinking it would be even easier now (being the second time and all), but I was wrong. Started with the passenger side. Got the innermost pad out very easily, it was almost worn out, pistons went right back in with little force, to give room for the new original replacement. The outermost pad, though, was not easy. The pad was pretty stuck itself, and I couldn't move it with pliers or anything. At last I got it out, it wasn't even worn (maybe 1 mm), which means I haven't really been getting full effect from this brake. Started to wrestle the piston back in, and after a combination of force and stepping on the brake pedal while having the old pad sitting in there, I managed to finally make room for the new pad. Put on some copper paste and wrapped it up on that side, making a personal note of the probably bad caliper, and maybe to start taking pads out for inspection/lubing every wheel change.

Now over to the driver side. Here the outermost pad was easy, with the piston going straight in when applying gentle force. The innermost pad I was able to wrestle out as well, and this time it was worn the same amount as the outermost, but a bit unevenly. I did not manage to get the piston back here either, so I started doing the same strategy as on the passenger side. Combination of wrestling and pressing the brake pedal. First round was useless, it didn't seem to move either way. (Not at all!). So I went for some food (getting pretty low on blood sugar...) and tried another round afterwards. But, alas, now I forgot one important detail. At some stage I took out the pad to wrestle with the piston, but then I forgot to put it back again. And this time, of course, the piston went out! Almost all the way! I tried to move it back again with a screwdriver between it and the brake disc, but to no effect.

This leads me to the question in the subject: Am I all screwed now? Will I have to take off the caliper and do a full rebuild? Im really frustrated with this car now, I have to do all these things in the street, which is just no fun at all, so I was hoping there was an easier way out than paying loads upon loads for this. I seem to do more repairs than driving here.

And yes, I have looked through most of the messages I've found with the search function. Just want to make sure. I should probably change all the calipers all over, but I'd get a new car first. (Which is cheaper in Norway.)
