New Front license plate mount 700 1990

My front license plate basically fell off after being poorly secured by only one of the two front fasteners. The threads into which the nuts screw were shot on one side and somewhat damaged on the other.

Anyone know where or IF I can get new ones? I just checked the CA website and I do indeed need front and rear.
