Need help with my steering column 120-130

posted by  someone claiming to be Volvo 122 on  Sat May 5 12:16 CST 2007 [RELATED]

On teh steering column there is a round sleeve that slides on top of the column and as a single screw to stop it from sliding down. I'm not sure of that is behind the bushing that is bolted to the dash or is bolted right next to where the steering wheel bolts to. Appriciate the help.
