Noisy Fuel Pump 200

1986 Sedan. Stick shift. 200,000 miles. Today I changed all 4x brake pads on this car. Just pads. Not Rotors. Anyway when I was done I went for a ride. Everything fine with the brakes. However I noticed a minor buzzy noise. It was coming from not the tank fuel pump but the in line fuel pump. I turned car off. Wiggled all the lines and wiggled in line fuel pump and fuel filter too. Started it up. No buzzy noise any more. Drove it about 10x minutes. Still no buzzy noise. So whats up with this ? Maybe I disturbed something when doing brakes(in particular drivers side rear)? Then made it right again by wiggling stuff ? Or maybe it will re-occur so maybe I should replace in line pump ? I have no idea how old it is. I have been told that both in line and tank fuel pumps should be changed together. True or False ? Thanks and hope everyone is having a great day.
