Bilstein issues continue 200

Put the new Bilstein rear shocks on (w/ turbo sway) - Econo Touring - now i got this "thud/slap" sound like something is loose during suspension travel - inspected the ONLY three bolts that i removed and they are all tight

I've read somewhere in here that other people have had this same issue - that the i.d. of the shock eye is larger that the o.d. of the mounting stud - didn't seem that much at first glance - this true?

Tim
