Bad fuel filter? 200

I have an 91 240 acting up now,seems to be missing at high speeds.Cleaned t/b,idle control,check for vac leaks,has had plugs,wires,rotor,air fiter replaced last year.How do you know if you have an bad fuel filter?? any help thank you.
