Rebuilt B20: How to Break it in? 120-130 1968

I've got a fresh B20 that is ready to be fired up for the first time after it was rebuilt. Dual SU's, F head, d cam.

From using the search function, I've come across the following pieces of advise. Have I misses anything?

~Don't use synthetic for the first few oil changes
~Use 15W40 oil
~When started, don't let it idle (keep rpms above 1500)
~Nothing over 60-75% throttle
~Change oil after 30 minutes @ 2000-2500 rpm, then Adjust Valves
~Drive it hard & minimize idling
~Change oil after 500 miles & adgust valves
~Change oil after 1000 miles

Let me know. Thanks!
