My mother's day present - awesome deal and goodbye rover! 200 1980

we've decided to throw in the towel in the rust battle with rover. it seems like as soon as we get one panel fixed, something else bubbles through - the windshield frame is gone, you can see through the rockers, there's holes on the inside next to the rear glass - you get the point.
We came across a 1980 245 in GREAT shape, just has some surface rust here and there & runs awesome. during the last snow the owner ran into a median and bent the k-member and rack, we picked it up for $250. Only 160,000 miles and mostly everything seems to work. its even the yak-yellow color that for some reason i love.

I'm pretty sad to be parting ways with good ol rover, but since we're putting a lot of the old parts on the 'new' car, it'll be like she's still around, right?

Who'll be at carlisle? look me up!
