Replacing panhard bushings with Super Pro polys 200

In another thread I got great advice on TABs and torque rod bushings that I ordered from FCP Groton. I ordered OEM TABs and poly torque bushings. But I also threw in a couple of poly urethane track bar/panhard rod bushings while I was at it.

As far as I understand, this is not a complicated job. Just remove the rod (mark the left/rights), take out the old bushings and put in the new. Take out the old ones I think will be a breeze with a drill and brute force, but how about getting the new ones in? I thought that polys were usually two piece bushings that are easy to install, but these are one-piece with a huge collar on each end. I imagine the only way to get these into the sockets is to use a professional hydraulic press, IE have someone do it for me? Or is it possible to get these installed with a clamp of sorts, maybe the home made TAB tool I'm borrowing, or something?

I've done a bit of searching, but some post says it's an easy job, while other stresses the need for a press etc. etc.

Thanks.
