Ok, 82 245 GL, 157,000 miles, K-jet injection, No turbo. The thing is that I need to know where the relay is for the A/C on my car so I can unhook it. The pump leaks and there is no freon in the system so I don't use it, but when it gets hot outside the car will automatically idle up to right around 950 rpms for the A/C even though I am not using it. Now I can hear the A/C pump running and I do not touch the knob for it ever. The main problem is that it is causing rough running issues and eating my gas mileage all to hell, plus I would really like to keep from freezing up the compressor and causing bigger issue's. I know its temp related because it will not do this in the winter and until it gets above 70 degrees it idles at 750 its a real P.I.T.A to try to figure out any help would be great.
