Poor mileage and performance, could it be the crank position sensor? 200 1991

Bought this wagon almost 2yrs ago with 205,000 miles from the original owner. This car came with over 50 pages of work records from a Columbus,GA Volvo dealer. The previous owner spent a small fortune over the 14yrs he drove it. The powerstage, speed, and MAF sensors were all replaced within the last 30,000 miles. The only sensor not replaced according to the records is the crank position sensor.
Although the car has run smoothly and until recently and was getting over 20mpg, it never had the power our '89 240 has. After sitting most of the winter, it now ` seems to be running like the spark is retarded. Also, when cranking the car after it warms up it will hesitate on one cylinder. This only occurs within a second of engaging the starter. Otherwise, it turns over smoothly. The battery output and charge is good and the plugs, wires, cap and rotor have been recently replaced. I `plan on replacing the crank position sensor since its destined to fail and a good place to begin if it is indeed the original, but need to know the best brand and place to buy it...`
