Headlights not working.... 200 1989

Sold a guy an 89 245 4 yrs ago, headlts stopped working a couple days ago. He came by and I checked the fuse, fuse is good. All others lights are operating. Pulling the stalk operates the hdlts in flash to pass mode but that's the only way they will work. Any suggestions I can check to resolve this... TIA Tom 27940aholic
