Different strut bellows types 200

Hello Brickers,

I have an '89 240 DL sedan. It's time to do the front struts, and going through FCP Groton's parts, I see two different types of strut bellows. Ones that look like this:



And ones that look like this:



Anyone know if I need both of them, or if one type is for certain models and not others?
