Fuel Pressure Regulator replacement 200

I was going to change the pressure regulator, is it as simple as disconnecting the fuel line, unbolting the fasteners and pulling the old one out, replaceing in reverse order? Is the fitting to fuel rail held in place by the two bolts on the bracket?
