Clogged a/c condensation drain pipe.....Help 200 1986

A couple of weeks ago, I posted my problem with a wet DS carpet that was traced to a seam in the a/c drain box that the heater core is housed in. With help and direction from fellow Brickster, BC, I sealed the seam and thought the problem was solved. NOT. I then noticed that the drain that goes through the trans tunnel was not draining. I removed the rubber tube and it was nice and clear, and dry. With the a/c running, no condensation water came out at all. I tried poking around gently with a coat hanger without success. BC gave me the post from Dave Shannon about hooking up an elbow to suck any obstruction with a shop vac, but that didn't work either. My shop vac even has a leaf blower mode and going back between suck and blow, still nothing drains out. I really don't want to pull the console out again like I did last year for the blower motor, so I hope someone out there has a suggestion or idea that I can try. I use my a/c all the time being I live in Florida.

Thanks.
