Where is the oil comming from? 200 1982

Non Turbo 244 with the 21f engine, fresh looking oil and previous accumulation is on the plastic bubble looking connector right under the intake manifold...where could the oil come from?

Is there that much oil coming through the pcv/emission system for it to end up coming out of the intake?

How can I fix it?

Also how can you clean out your intake, it's not like on my other vehicles where you can just spray cleaner into the intake, I dont want to have to take the intake off to clean it either...is there an easy way?
