940 exhaust advice please 900 1994

In my continuing saga to make my 940 a solid vehicle again, I have discovered that I could stand to do a little exhaust work. I plan on ordering the works from the cat on back from FCP. No. 1- Has anyone used these products and how do they fare?
and No. 2- even though I have no indication of any problems would you recommend that replacing the cat at this time would be the thing to do. It is after all, another 130.00 but if a new one would be the route to go, I would certainly do just that. Thank you Larry
