940 1993t dash lights going crazy,sometimes they all work,then sometimes gas gauge doesn't 900

sometimes the lights are out ,with the left turn light indicator on,heat and gas gauge not working..what can it be ? is there some sort of relay for the dash?...can there be a ground wire messed up...?any suggestions?...make it a great day!..Kris
